Vuelo Double Barrel Reposado

Vuelo Double Barrel Reposado is a limited edition release. It is aged in red wine barrels for 9 months and then finished in 15 year Bourbon barrels. 

Tasting Notes:
Nose:

Toasted Agave, Cherry Oak, Smoked Fig

Palate:

Hints of chocolate and dried fruit delicately intertwined with caramel and vanilla.  

Process:
Slow cooked in clay ovens, fermented in wooden vats, twice distilled in copper pot stills.

Barrels: French & American oak red wine barrels then finished in 15 year Bourbon barrels

Proof: 80/40% ABV
