Vuelo de Noche

  • 1.5 oz Vuelo Reposado
  • .75 oz Amaro Averna
  • .75 oz Antica Carpano Sweet Vermouth
  • 2 dashes Chocolate Mole Bitters
  • 2 Luxardo Cherries infused with Vuelo Añejo and Espresso for 8 hours

Combine ingredients in a stirring glass.  Add ice and stir.  Strain into a chilled coupe glass, pouring over infused Luxardo cherries.
