Handcrafted Process

Tequila Vuelo del Aviador's award winning tequila is handcrafted with the finest attention to detail. We begin with handpicked estate grown blue weber agaves which are slow cooked in natural clay ovens. The cooked piñas are then Tahona milled. The juice is fermented in wooden vats and twice distilled in copper pot stills. Each bottle is hand numbered with an edition number and bottle number.
